FAQ

Good questions.

The basics

Who is Vibe Assured for?

People who built a working app with AI tools, like Lovable, and now have a customer who wants to use it. You don't need to be a developer. That's the point.

Which tools do you support?

Lovable today. Others, like Replit and Bolt, as demand grows. Built with something else? Tell us, we'd like to hear.

Why not just keep it where it is?

A prototype is great for proving an idea. A business customer needs more: security reviews, backups, support, an SLA, an exit. That's hard to bolt on afterwards, so we rebuild it properly.

Will my app look and work the same?

That's the idea. We record your app doing its job and check the rebuild against those recordings. Anything that should change, you decide first.

The assessment

What do I need to start?

Your app's code: connect GitHub (Lovable syncs there) or upload a zip. That's it.

Is it really free?

Yes. No card, no commitment.

How long does it take?

Days, not weeks. A person checks every assessment before you see it.

What happens to my code if I don't go ahead?

It's stored encrypted, opened only by our staff, and deleted 90 days after it arrives.

You found secrets in my code. Now what?

We'll tell you which ones and where, never the values. Change them at the source. We treat anything in a prototype as exposed.

The rebuild

What's a rule?

One thing your app must do, written so it can be checked. “Customers see only their own bookings” is a rule. Your rulebook is all of them.

Do I need to understand code?

No. Rules are written in plain words, and every question we ask explains what the app does today.

Does my customer get involved?

If you want them to. They can read the summary, co-sign the rules that matter most to them, and sign the support agreement.

Do my users and data move across?

No. The new app starts fresh: new accounts, clean data. Nothing from the prototype is trusted.

After go-live

Can I still change the app?

Yes, by asking in plain words. Each change goes through a short version of the same steps and is tested before it ships. You'll have less freedom than in your AI tool, and far more certainty.

Who owns what?

You keep your idea and your prototype. Your customer gets a licence to their app and their own instance. It's all spelled out in the agreement.

What if we want to leave?

You get a complete export of your data in an agreed format, and we delete it and show you we have.
